The CBMT Self-Assessment Examination (SAE) is a web-based test, a diagnostic tool to assist individuals in identifying areas of strength and weakness in music therapy knowledge as it relates to the CBMT Scope of Practice. The SAE features retired exam questions sampling all areas of the CBMT Scope of Practice. Upon completion of the exam, you may access an Answer Key with complete explanations for correct and incorrect responses, a complete scoring report, and a Bibliography to use as a reference listing. After purchasing the SAE on-line, you will receive an e-mail with complete directions for accessing the online version of the exam. The SAE, all reports, questions, explanations and scoring reports, will be available to you online for 90-days, and also e-mailed to you for printing and use indefinitely. The current SAE will be available for individuals testing prior to April 1, 2010. A revised SAE is now available beginning February 1, 2010 for all those testing after April 1, 2010 at http://store.lxr.com/dept.aspx?id=60.
